We have a list of other up and coming modules that are in the works to better improve the Support Desk system.  These modules are listed below:

• The Projects Module:  The projects module is designed for the management of larger projects within your organization.  THis module will let you manage the master project and all of its sub phases in one convenient place.  
• The Service Module:  The service module is used to handle warranties and return merchandise authorization (RMA) requests.  It is designed to handle the shipping, tracking and receiving of the defective equipment to improve the level of support you give to your customers.  This module is designed to be an add on to the work order module putting an added level of functionality right at your fingertips.
• The Networks Module:  The networks module is used to manage the information about your organizations network infrastructure.  With this module you can manage your IP schemes, map and track your network port layout for your buildings, monitor your network equipment to inform you of when servers and other network hardware go down, and many other functions that will help you keep your network running smooth.
