The licensing module is used to keep track of your organizations software licensing for your computer systems.  It manages everything from the list of software titles, to the entry of licenses available for your computers to the software installation keys used.  This information is then made available to the work order module to give your IT staff quick access to the information. 

Another aspect of the licensing module is the management of home use licenses.  Companies such as Microsoft allow copies of their Office suite to be installed on a single home computer for each copy that has been purchased for staff use.  The home use licensing manages the home use license form that needs to be signed along with the automatic creation of a work order for the software to be installed.
